Mr. McCarthy has held a number of senior roles in publicly traded companies e.g. (1) Interim CEO of a NYSE Company with the task of moving the Company into new businesses, (2) reported directly to the President of another NYSE entity and (3) reported to the CEO of NASDAQ Company, each of which had a presence in mortgage related businesses. He has also had senior roles in the finance area (e.g. CFO of Revere Copper & Brass, Controller of PepsiCo Food Systems).
