Joe Bettag (Fund Manager), brings over 40 years’ experience in acquiring, managing, and disposing of distressed residential and commercial real estate and mortgages on an institutional basis.
He has worked within this space for both a NYSE listed Federal Bank from 1997 to 2002 and a private management and brokerage company during the financial Crisis (2007 to 2012). From 2014 to 2017, Joe was a Partner in a Private Equity Group that created significant income from the acquisition and disposition of Non-Performing Loans (NPL’s), semi-performing loans, and REO’s (Real Estate Owned i.e.- foreclosures) through various value add processes.
A second Fund (2022-2024) that followed the same business model as the first Fund also created significant results with shorter timelines for disposition dates creating higher returns on investments.
